Job summary

The Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide care across PHP, IOP, general and eating disorder outpatient services. The workload is split evenly between PHP/IOP and outpatient treatment, with potential to serve as PHP Medical Director for qualified applicants.

You will diagnose and treat patients with psychiatric disorders, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in teaching, and contribute to high standards of patient care within a nonprofit

Qualifications

• Medical degree and completion of psychiatry residency.
• Board certified or eligible; if not, apply within 1 year.
• Current license to practice medicine in Ohio.
• CPR certification.
• Age-specific competencies.
• Typing skills and proficiency in MS Office/e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and review medical history.
• Assess medical condition at admission and coordinate care with PCP/ED.
• Prescribe medications and treatments per evidence-based practices.
• Develop and monitor psychiatric treatment plans for PHP/IOP and outpatient.
• Document in EMR within required timeframes.
• Lead clinical team and participate in teaching activities.
• Weekend coverage and on-call rotation.
