Gould Medical Group seeks a Board-certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for the Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Program. The role provides clinical leadership, medical oversight, and direct psychiatric care to ensure safe, compliant treatment delivery.

The position includes a base salary of $340,000 with growth through RVU-based compensation in year two and a sign-on bonus. Expect two-year salary guarantees, residency stipends, and Epic EHR oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist required.
• Experience leading PHP/IOP programs and multidisciplinary teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, policy, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Provide medical leadership and oversight of PHP/IOP clinical services.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Lead and supervise psychiatry staff and APRNs within Behavioral Health.
• Ensure care aligns with evidence-based practices and program goals.
• Oversee patient flow, documentation in Epic, and safety standards.
• Participate in case conferences, quality-improvement, and team meetings.
