Theoria Medical seeks a Medical Director and Attending Physician in Kansas City, MO to support local skilled nursing facilities with autonomous, patient-centered care. You'll lead clinical teams and build lasting trust with residents while leveraging an advanced EHR and AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification in an appropriate specialty.
• MD/DO degree; board eligibility considered for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned SNFs.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to oversee daily patient care.
• Provide high-quality primary care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, Remote Patient Monitoring and related initiatives.
