Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a Medical Director and Attending Physician to provide care in skilled nursing facilities in Andover, MA. You will lead clinical care, supervise teams, and deliver patient-centered primary care while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active US medical license and board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Board-eligible new graduates actively pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned SNF.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and supervision.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in quality initiatives such as Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring.
