Qualifications

• MD/DO with active US medical license and board certification or board-eligible in a relevant specialty.
• Experience in post-acute care or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise clinicians and coordinate care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as attending physician for residents in assigned SNFs.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and supervision.
