Facility:
Walk-in clinic specializing in occupational medicine, urgent care, physical therapy, and wellness services. Our experienced clinicians treat a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains, broken bones, coughs, colds, and flu. The team includes board-certified physicians, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.
Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (No nights, calls, or weekends)
- Provide direct patient care in a 100% center-based setting, mentoring, leading by example, and demonstrating clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. Assume the role and responsibilities of CMD, either at a specific location or as part of the Market Float to cover open CMD positions.
- Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations (DMO) to identify opportunities for improving clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, and patient satisfaction.
- Work with the director team (primarily DMO and Director of Therapy Operations) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure support and workflow compliance.
- Mentor and train future clinical leaders, as well as newly hired and tenured clinicians. Foster a collaborative, professional, and safe environment focused on quality care and continuous improvement.
- Understand center financial drivers and outcomes, utilizing available tools to achieve annual business and strategic plans. Assist CMDs in understanding these aspects.
- Maintain relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to promote market growth. Respond to requests and issues within 24 hours.
- Assist in planning clinician meetings and leading or supporting staff management and coverage adjustments.
- May be required to observe drug and alcohol testing of patients.
Compensation:
- Many clinics offer M-F, 8-5 hours with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
