Location:

Omaha, Nebraska, located on the Missouri River near the Iowa border, is known for its pioneer history, museums, cultural centers, and the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, which focuses on conservation and features diverse habitats.

Facility:

A walk-in clinic offering occupational medicine, urgent care, physical therapy, and wellness services. Our team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (no nights, weekends, or call)
• Role involves direct patient care, mentoring, leadership, and clinical excellence. May serve as CMD at a specific location or provide coverage as a Market Float.
• Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Work with the director team to identify and support clinical improvements and ensure workflow compliance.
• Mentor and train clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
• Understand financial drivers and support achieving business and strategic goals.
• Maintain relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, and communities to promote practice growth.
• Assist in planning clinician meetings and manage staffing needs.
• May observe drug/alcohol testing of patients.

Compensation:

• Work hours are M-F, 8-5, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Includes a competitive salary, annual merit increases, and various bonuses (monthly RVU, quarterly quality care).
