Job description

Location : Denver, the capital of Colorado, is an American metropolis dating to the Old West era. Larimer Square, the city’s oldest block, features landmark 19th-century buildings. Museums include the Denver Art Museum, an ultramodern complex known for its collection of indigenous works, and the mansion of famed Titanic survivor Molly Brown. Denver is also a jumping-off point for ski resorts in the nearby Rocky Mountains.

Facility : Walk-in clinic providing occupational medicine, urgent care, physical therapy, and wellness services. Our experienced clinicians treat a wide range of injuries and illnesses, from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Opportunity :

  1. Provides 100% direct patient care in a clinical setting, leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience.
  2. Ensures daily operations align with the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and case closures.
  3. Monitors key clinical metrics related to quality outcomes, such as Practice Indicators, COP, GRV, LOS, TAT, Specialist Referral Rate, Primary Care Case Duration, Days to First Recheck, % of cases with Lost Time, Limited Duty, and Full Duty.
  4. Manages clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements and fostering a professional, collaborative, and safe work environment.
  5. Works with DMO to implement continuous clinical improvements and masters the use of clinical systems for documentation, coding, charge capture, and follow-up.
  6. Ensures compliance with State Practice Acts, Rules, Regulations, and WC Regulations.
  7. Drives patient and client experience metrics and communicates clinical updates to employers regarding injuries and significant changes.
  8. Participates actively in CLT meetings to enhance quality, safety, and business growth, maintaining relationships with clients and payers.
  9. Collaborates with DMO and CLT to optimize staffing, workflows, and patient satisfaction, promoting core organizational values.
  10. Supports colleague development across all staff, fostering an environment of teamwork, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
  11. Leads clinical and business outcomes, understanding and influencing financial drivers like GRV, PI, New Injuries, and TAT to meet business goals.
  12. Promotes consistency of initiatives across centers and contributes to budget planning and key metrics.

Compensation :

  1. Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no nights or weekends.
  2. Includes a competitive base salary with annual merit increases, monthly stipends and bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME time, holidays, malpractice insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, and more.
