Location:

Facility:

A hospital providing a range of healthcare services, including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, maternity care, diagnostic imaging, and various specialty services. It also offers primary care and preventive services to meet community needs.

Opportunity:

1. Medical Director to lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
2. Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Neonatologists
3. 24/7 on-call coverage with a round and go model, including call from home
4. Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circumcisions
5. Pediatric Consultations: Provide expert pediatric assessments and treatment plans in the Emergency Department
6. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists to ensure coordinated patient care
7. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): Participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research to improve patient outcomes
8. Knowledge Exchange: Collaborate with a large network of providers, including over 400 NICUs and thousands of providers
9. Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
