Job description

We are working on an exciting opportunity and seeking board-certified physicians in Arizona. This innovative company, based out of Nashville, TN, aims to transform kidney care delivery. The role is for a Market Physician Executive and is primarily remote. The Market Physician Executive serves as a key clinical leader, contributing to the development and oversight of clinical strategies, policies, programs, processes, protocols, guidelines, and operations to enhance patient health outcomes within the market.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Must reside in Arizona—you can live anywhere within the state.

Qualifications include:

• Board certification in an ACGME-approved specialty such as Nephrology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Hepatology, or Geriatrics.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in value-based care.
