Hartford HealthCare is seeking an accomplished Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician to lead the Wolfson Palliative Care Program serving The Hospital of Central Connecticut and MidState Medical Center.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship-trained in hospice & palliative medicine.
• Fellowship-trained and board-certified in hospice & palliative medicine.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
• Minimum three years of palliative care practice.
• Minimum two years of physician leadership experience.
• Eligible for appointment to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wolfson Palliative Care Program with 50% administrative leadership and 50% clinical practice.
