This role blends half administrative leadership and half clinical practice, offering opportunities to shape strategy, mentor clinicians, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a faculty appointment at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
• Fellowship-trained and board-certified in hospice & palliative medicine.
• Minimum three years of palliative care practice experience.
• Minimum two years of physician leadership experience.
• Eligible for appointment to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

The position includes a faculty appointment with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
