Sora Resource Group is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Physician) for our Naples, FL outpatient facility. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with no nights or weekends and a focus on high-quality patient care.

You will supervise mid-level providers, manage 14–18 patient visits daily, ensure compliant documentation and coding, and collaborate with a mission-driven team dedicated to the local community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and perform chart reviews.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
