Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Medical Director - Infectious Disease Physician for our Naples, FL outpatient facility. The role focuses on high-quality primary care with no night or weekend shifts, and collaboration with a full care team to support patient wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Infectious Disease or related field, hold MD/DO, and possess valid DEA and Furnishing licenses, with a track record of handling 14–18 patients per day in a supported environment.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Board certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for outpatient clinic with no nights or weekends.
• Manage a minimum of 14 patients per 8-hour shift; adjust for longer shifts.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation on the day of visit or within 72 hours, including correct billing codes.
• Supervise PAs and NPs; provide after-hours on-call coverage.
