Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks a Medical Director in Naples, FL to lead outpatient infectious disease care within a busy clinic. The role emphasizes high-quality patient management, collaboration with the care team, and efficient scheduling and documentation.

The position requires MD/DO with active license and board certification (preferred). See up to 14–18 patients per day, with base compensation plus bonuses and full benefits; relocation bonus if needed.

Qualifications

• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Must hold an active MD or DO license and be board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience with HIV, STI, and chronic disease management is a plus.
• Ability to supervise mid-level providers and manage scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient infectious disease care within a busy clinic.
• Meet productivity standards and collaborate with care team.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and coding to ensure timely processes.
• Manage 14–18 patients per day and provide after-hours coverage as needed.
