Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Physician) for our outpatient clinic. The role is full-time, on-site, direct hire, with no nights or weekends and a focus on high-quality care.

You will manage 14–18 patients per day, supervise mid-level providers, ensure timely documentation, and participate in a compensation package that includes base salary plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license in the relevant state
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license required
• Outpatient primary care experience required
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment
• Must maintain CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet benchmarks
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with accurate billing codes
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff
• Review tests, imaging, and lab results promptly
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours
• Monitor voicemails and emails daily
• Support patient retention efforts
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs/NPs) and conduct audits as needed
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned
• Maintain 4 hours per week of protected administrative time
