Your Talent Team in Naples, FL is seeking a Medical Director with Infectious Disease expertise for an outpatient facility. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, patient-centered care, and a high-volume workflow in a 14–18 patient per day setting.

The position is a full-time, on-site direct hire with a strong compensation package including base salary and bonuses. You will supervise mid-level providers and collaborate with a dedicated care team to serve the local community.

Qualifications

• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Must hold an active MD or DO license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) as needed.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
