Lee Health Heart Institute is seeking an experienced Medical Director of Mechanical Circulatory Support to join the Advanced Heart Failure Center in Fort Myers, Florida. The Medical Director will play a pivotal leadership role in developing and expanding device therapy and coordinating inpatient and ambulatory care for recipients of left-ventricular assist devices.
Lee Health Heart Institute performs 1,300 open heart surgeries, 3,700 cath procedures, and serves 4,000 patients annually for acute heart failure.
