Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Medical Science Liaison (Senior) specializing in Oncology to join our client's team. This field-based role covers Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, focusing on engaging with healthcare professionals to enhance the understanding of oncology products.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scientific exchange and support patient outcomes through your expertise.

Skills & Requirements:

• Doctoral level in sciences (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, DPT, Nursing or equivalent).
• Oncology MSL experience is essential.
• Experience with product launches and life cycle management.
• Strong planning, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain scientific relationships with experts.
• Interpersonal skills and cross-functional team collaboration. Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and compliant medical communications.
• Understanding of oncology / hematology market dynamics.
• Project management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to travel (50-70%) based on geography size.

The Medical Science Liaison responsibilities will be:

• Serve as a medical expert in the field, exchanging scientific insights with thought leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional thought leaders to understand healthcare trends.
• Respond to inquiries with integrity and compliance, adhering to guidelines and procedures.
• Represent the team at scientific conferences and medical meetings.
• Gather and share scientific insights from stakeholder interactions.
• Support investigator-sponsored studies and company-sponsored studies from Phase I-IV.
• Train and facilitate speakers on oncology products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Balance work efficiently to execute local medical strategies within timelines.
• Participate in committees or projects supporting MSL strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning within the therapeutic area.
