Labcorp is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development for the MRD Portfolio to lead strategic medical direction across solid tumors. This role drives the clinical development, validation, and adoption of MRD/ctDNA technologies to advance precision oncology.

The successful candidate is a board-certified medical oncologist with a strong track record in clinical research, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership within oncology product development.

Qualifications

• Board-certified medical oncologist with broad expertise across solid tumors.
• Extensive experience in clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory interactions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across oncology programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical development lead for MRD portfolio across solid tumors, guiding evidence generation and product development.
• Lead design and execution of studies to establish clinical validity and utility of MRD/ctDNA testing.
• Collaborate with biostatistics, operations, market access, and R&D to plan endpoints and analysis.
• Mentor physicians and manage partnerships with investigators and academic centers.
• Support payer engagement and guideline considerations through evidence-generation programs.
