Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Director for Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) to lead the system-wide CDI program. This 0.75 FTE role provides physician leadership across hospitals, ensuring accurate documentation, appropriate risk adjustment, and compliant revenue integrity.

You will collaborate with CMOs, CDI teams, and quality leaders to standardize practices and educate physicians. The role requires MD/DO, board certification, and 5+ years post-residency with

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in a relevant clinical specialty required.
• Active physician advisor certification preferred or to be achieved within six months of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert second-level reviews and complex case escalation.
• Lead enterprise CDI education and provider feedback across hospitals.
• Oversee CDI program operations, workflows, HR practices and reporting.
• Drive system-wide CDI strategy and performance metrics.
