Job summary

MedStar Health seeks a Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity to lead and strengthen its CDI program, overseeing initiatives to improve the accuracy and quality of clinical documentation, support regulatory compliance, and promote appropriate reimbursement and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Completion of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen MedStar Health's CDI program.
