Job summary
Executive Human Resource Service seeks a Medical Director – Elderly Care to oversee medical operations for a PACE center and community-based care. Lead interdisciplinary teams, shape clinical standards, and deliver high-quality geriatric care across settings.

Qualifications
- Must have completed an ACGME-accredited residency in a physician field.
- Requires MD/DO with board certification as specified.
- Active, unrestricted license in the relevant state.
- CDS and DEA registrations where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership across community, home, hospital, and skilled nursing settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Influence clinical standards, performance metrics, and care outcomes.
- Mentor Nurse Practitioners and other IDT members.
- Lead efforts to optimize patient outcomes and cost-effective care.
