Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality medical leadership across local skilled nursing facilities in Matthews, North Carolina.

This part-time role offers scheduling flexibility and the chance to impact post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will lead clinical care alongside NPs and PAs, manage 18–25 patient visits daily, and avoid on-call or overnight duties.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted license or licensure eligibility.
• Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
