Job summary

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call duties, and collaborative practice with NPs and PAs to deliver patient-centered care to post-acute and long-term residents. You will provide clinical leadership, support documentation with an iPad, and maintain licensure while enjoying a strong compensation package,

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. license or eligibility.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
• Partner with NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Manage 18–25 patient visits per day in skilled nursing settings.
