Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Archbold, Ohio.

This part-time opportunity offers scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to impact post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced NPs and PAs to deliver patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinicalleadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Position Highlights:

• Part-time schedule servinglocal skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians typically covereach facility 1–2 days per week
• No fixed daily start or endtimes
• No call responsibilities
• No overnight shifts
• 18 – 25 visits per day
