This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with NPs and PAs, clinical leadership, and high-quality patient care in post-acute and long-term settings.

You will typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week with a flexible schedule, no call or overnight shifts, and 18–25 visits daily, promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted license or eligibility in the U.S.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
