This full-time role offers scheduling flexibility, collaborative practice, and clinical leadership within post-acute and long-term care. Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R or ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.
• Deliver patient-centered care across post-acute and long-term residents.
• Collaborate with NPs and PAs for comprehensive care.
• Manage 18–25 visits per day with efficient documentation.
• Flexible schedule with no on-call or overnight shifts.
