Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager for PI in Hong Kong to support the Divisional Manager and drive business growth through focused planning and customer engagement. You will promote products, manage existing and new customers, and coordinate with hospital management and purchasing departments while upholding quality and compliance standards.

You will also deliver ongoing product training, visit sites to secure business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of principles in own field.
• Experience applying knowledge across situations to achieve sales targets.
• Understanding of key business drivers in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to lead small projects or steps with manageable risks and resources.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop in-depth knowledge of division products and services.
• Visit customers regularly to promote products and services to achieve targets.
• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
• Plan and develop the market in line with divisional goals and objectives.
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers and health care professionals.
• Be a competent contact for hospital management, purchasing departments and staff.
• Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific.
• Analyze and report market feedback monthly to management using available tools.
• Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity in all actions.
• Participate in development of less experienced staff members.
