Job summary

QTS, a Cretex Medical company in Shakopee, MN, is seeking a full-time Order Picker to pull and stage orders for delivery to the Bloomington facility. Hours are 7:30am–4pm, with responsibilities across warehouse tasks and safety compliance.

You will handle multiple requests, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and quality teams to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of materials handling and inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, speak and write in English.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull sales orders, shipping requests, engineering and production requests.
• Perform inventory returns from portable bins to warehouse bins.
• Process inventory requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and secure work area.
• Support workplace safety and relevant training.
• Cross-train within other warehouse areas.
• Partner with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve.
