Shippers Supply Inc, based in Golden Valley, Minnesota, is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Order Picker / Forklift Operator for 1st shift. The role supports efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy and a safe work environment.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders and operate forklifts and pallet jacks. As cross-trained in all warehouse functions, you will also handle receiving, stocking, and shipping duties while maintaining quality standards and effective communication with the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, procedure manuals, etc. at a fast pace.
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders based on pick tickets or order sheets.
• Prepare and package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Ensure correct quantities, product types, and labeling on all outgoing orders.
• Inspect items for quality and report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Follow company procedures to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily picking and packing quotas.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve order or inventory issues.
