Job summary

Quality Tech Services, LLC is seeking an energetic Order Picker for our Shakopee warehouse. The role includes pulling orders, staging for Bloomington delivery, and adhering to ISO quality and safety standards.

The position runs 7:30am–4pm, based in Shakopee, MN, with cross-training opportunities and collaboration across sales, customer service, and engineering teams. Strong organizational and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of materials handling and inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, speak and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of FIFO, traceability, etc.
• Forklift certified (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to follow directions.
• Research and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Pull sales orders, shipping requests, engineering requests, and production requests.
• Perform inventory returns from portable bins to warehouse bins.
• Process inventory requests.
• Maintain work area in a neat, clean, organized, and secure condition.
• Responsible for maintaining an awareness of workplace safety and relevant training.
• Follow warehouse cleaning schedule.
• Cross-train within other areas of the warehouse.
• Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
• Partner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve.
