Job summary

BuyWander is seeking a Product Handler – Picker to join our Minneapolis (Plymouth), MN warehouse. You will accurately pick customer orders, navigate aisles, scan items onto carts and shelves, and assist customers as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, efficiency, and safe, organized warehouse practices. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered to support a productive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and Bluetooth scanner.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from warehouse locations according to customer orders using a smartphone and scanner.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness.
• Work with speed and accuracy to meet daily performance goals.
• Ensure that every item is scanned into the correct cart and/or shelf location — nothing moves without being scanned.
• Hunt for lost items in the warehouse using last-known-location data and other logic.
