ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a working lead to provide day-to-day guidance for the production team. You will set schedules, coach staff, and manage execution against the build plan while collaborating with engineering and QA to improve processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in medical device production, with strong leadership, lean manufacturing knowledge, and proven ability to drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events. On-site role in a CER environment where applicable.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably with medical devices.
• Lean/flow manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required to guide staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Set daily work schedules for production personnel with supervisor approval.
• Monitor, guide, and evaluate subordinate staff performance.
• Manage production schedule based on build plan and sales orders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to improve processes and reduce assembly time.
• Coordinate with Buyers and Materials to ensure adequate parts.
• Work with Quality Assurance on calibrations and inspections.
• Prepare reports and work instructions for the manufacturing manager.
• Lead staff through Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure operations in Clean Environment Room where applicable.
