Hamilton Medical seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee lines and teams, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control. The role requires hands-on leadership, effective coaching, and active participation on the production floor.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage schedules, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse to optimize flow and resolve issues.

Competenze

• Demonstrated analytical/problem solving experience using data to drive solutions.
• Demonstrated situational leadership and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to accept change and the ability to affect policy and technical changes with subordinates and peer groups.
• Understanding of Lean/CI tools, 5S principles, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and drive corrective actions.
