Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineering leader to drive process development, validation, equipment management and continuous improvement across operations. You will lead and mentor engineers, technicians, and programmers to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

In this role you will guide cross-functional projects, strengthen CAPA and change management, and ensure compliance with GMP/ISO standards while partnering with the Engineering Director and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• 5-7 years in engineering, quality or regulatory roles.
• Experience with GMP, ISO, MDR/MDD regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of CAPA, NCRs, change management and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities across operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers, technicians, and programmers.
• Drive process improvements, quality, throughput, and cost reductions.
• Lead CAPA, nonconformance, and change management activities.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
