MPI is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to guide a large, highly regulated manufacturing operation in a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leading production teams, driving performance, and collaborating across functions to sustain high standards of quality and efficiency. Strong emphasis on Lean and Six Sigma, GMP compliance, and workforce development will be essential for success.

Qualificações

• Lead production teams to achieve quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Drive daily manufacturing performance through KPI reviews, visual management tools, and accountability measures.
• Optimize staffing, labor utilization, and production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing overtime.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify manufacturing variances and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, documentation requirements, and company quality standards.
• Manage employee performance, training programs, performance reviews, hiring activities, and workforce development.
