Qualifications

• Experience in FDA-regulated environments; strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding medical device products.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email (approx 80%/20%).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues and determine root causes.
• Educate customers on usage, software updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Document complaints and interactions per quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Maintain records in databases and computer systems.
