MTF Biologics seeks a sales specialist to promote and service targeted products/tissue forms within hospitals and surgery centers. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, building relationships with surgeons and decision-makers, and expanding product usage across procedures.

Responsibilities include territory planning, account development, delivering product knowledge, and maintaining administrative duties. Travel up to 30-40% is expected, with a home-office setup supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of three years medical sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and use of automobile.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds sales targets on an ongoing basis by selling targeted products to specific accounts.
• Conducts promotions, in-servicing and evaluations that lead to account conversions and builds relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Increases account penetration to expand uses of products/tissue forms to include new procedures.
• Displays strong product knowledge and differentiates offerings based on features and benefits.
• Sets and meets performance targets and formulates strategies to achieve goals.
• Identifies and maintains relationships with key surgeons and hospital decision-makers.
• Completes administrative duties on time, including reports and surveys.
• Routinely communicates territory activities to sales management and other personnel.
• Assists on special projects and performs additional duties as assigned.
