Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of three years medical sales experience.
• Valid Driver's license and use of automobile.
• A thorough knowledge of the sales process and demonstrated sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to maintain home office.
• 30-40% travel which may include overnight travel.
• Three years' experience calling on hospital departments including operating rooms and established sales relationships in general or plastic surgery environments (preferred).
• Experience selling biologics or allografts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds sales targets by selling targeted products to accounts.
• Develops relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to secure new business.
• Expands product uses to include new surgical procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of product lines and operating room procedures.
• Sets and meets short- and long-term performance targets.
• Communicates territory activities to sales management.
