Zimmer Biomet in Newark, NJ is seeking a high‑performing Sales Representative to drive growth across hospitals, surgery centers and healthcare systems. You will deliver clinical value, build relationships with surgeons and OR teams, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

This 100% commission role requires a strong hunter mentality, a BS in business or life sciences, and 0–3+ years of med‑device sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or related field.
• 0-3+ years of successful sales experience in med device or healthcare, or 2+ years of clinical case coverage.
• Driver’s License is required.
• Professional Selling Skills (PSS) experience, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems.
• Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical value discussions with key decision makers.
• Grow market share by expanding utilization within existing accounts and establishing new customer relationships.
• Deliver hands-on product training, in-services, and education for surgeons, OR staff, and other clinical personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, troubleshooting, and product inquiries.
• Proactively address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service.
• Analyze sales/market data to assist in territory strategy and forecast volume potential.
