Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate I to support the sales team and clinicians in hospitals or ambulatory centers. Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree or medical certification.
• 0–2 years of sales or sales service in medical device or surgical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to weekly and monthly sales team meetings.
• Builds relationships with surgeons and clinical staff to drive knowledge of Zimmer Biomet products.
• Provides excellent customer service, identifies buying signals, and supports upsell opportunities.
• Coordinates surgery scheduling and requests implants/instruments, including templating.
• Provides on-site and remote clinical support, training, and problem solving for surgeons and OR staff.
• Delivers product demonstrations and guidance during procedures and evaluations.
• Supports product launches and customer engagement initiatives with sales and marketing teams.
