Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Quality Control Inspector I for the 2nd shift at our Waukegan, IL site. The role focuses on inspecting raw materials and finished goods using manual and instrument-based methods, completing documentation, and providing disposition for inspected products.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated setting, with basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry.
• Basic math skills including fractional to decimal conversions.

Mansioni

• Perform in-process inspection and testing of finished goods and/or raw materials.
• Complete inspection documentation per procedures and identify defects for non-conforming reports.
• Operate measurement/test equipment such as calipers, micrometers, rulers and scales per SOPs.
• Communicate inspection results to QA, warehouse, and manufacturing teams.
