Cretex Medical is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform first piece, in-process and final inspections of components per control/quality plans. The role includes reviewing release docs, performing incoming inspections, and documenting quality records in GMP guidelines.

The position requires reading blueprints, using CMM/OGP and other metrology tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. 2nd shift available in Minnesota and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with measuring instruments, including CMM and Vision Systems.
• Able to read and comprehend customer drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Inspect injection molded parts for quality, appearance and performance.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, appearance and performance.
• Inspect received materials for quality, appearance and performance.
• Review final release documentation and approve release.
• Read and comply with work instructions, setup sheets and checklists.
• Maintain organized work area (5S) and record hours accurately.
• Participate in the Operational Excellence Program and adhere to ISO/medical device requirements.
