Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field.
• Knowledge of design controls, risk assessments, and 510(k) process.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage a portfolio of product development projects across medical devices, supplements, cosmetics, and OTC drugs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and product divisions.
• Develop, communicate, and track project plans, objectives, budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Represent Medline on ASTM/AAM/ISO committees and contribute to new test standards.
• Maintain team morale and ensure transparent, ongoing communication.
