Job summary

Switchback Medical in Minneapolis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Program Management team. You will track budgets, assist forecasting, coordinate meetings and manage project documentation so PMs can focus on customers and execution.

This support role does not own program outcomes; success is measured by data accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up closure. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in similar roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business or finance preferred.
• Minimum two years of project coordination or related office support experience.
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets and forecast data; report variances to leadership.
• Coordinate internal and customer meetings and maintain agendas.
• Maintain project documentation and records in SharePoint/Teams.
• Support project schedules in MS Project and status materials for reviews.
