Actalent is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator based in Saint Paul, MN, to drive deviation/CAPA execution, calibration/qualification scheduling, and cross-functional project planning. This contract role focuses on aligning engineering timelines with corporate milestones and stage-gate reviews.

You will support product lines and new development while managing multiple projects, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a regulated environment.

Formación

• : Two or more years in project management and team leadership in a regulated/technical environment.
• : Two or more years of experience with medical or pharmaceutical product requirements in regulated or clinical settings.
• : Experience in engineering project management and coordination with planning/tracking of technical activities.
• : Understanding of engineering processes and documentation including calibration, validation, qualification, and CAPA workflows.
• : Proficiency with project planning software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
• : Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
• : Understanding contracting, finance, budgeting and business operations related to project management.
• : Ability to assess risks, obstacles, and adjust timelines to maintain momentum.
• : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• : Effective communication as single point of contact for deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• :Organize and manage deviation and CAPA actions with alignment to engineering/quality requirements.
• :Coordinate calibration/qualification/validation schedules for facilities/equipment with documentation.
• :Develop and monitor engineering project plans and timelines using planning tools.
• :Organize work assignments for one-off and special projects and track progress.
• :Provide strategic input to improve efficiency, timelines and project success.
• :Create and maintain documentation for stage-gate reviews and key decisions.
• :Escalate significant issues to leadership when risks/delays affect milestones.
• :Serve as single point of contact for project deliverables and cross-functional teams.
• :Collaborate to document current/future gaps in projects and budgets.
• :Support existing product lines and new product development aligning with corporate milestones.
• :Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
