Job summary

Neuronetics, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional product innovation from concept to commercialization for the NeuroStar Advanced Therapy system.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact medical devices. The role requires a technical engineering background, PM leadership in regulated environments, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 3+ years of Program Management experience in the medical device industry, leading a program from concept to launch.
• 5+ years in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, etc.).
• Strong understanding of product development processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full Product Development Process (PDP).
• Verify & validate, transfer manufacturing, and product launch.
• Develop and execute detailed program plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and metrics.
• Facilitate weekly program reviews and provide updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks using PM best practices.
• Lead root cause investigations on program/technical/schedule challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering on hardware/software feature development and release.
• Coordinate with Ops, Field Service, Marketing, and Customer Support for launches.
