Job summary

Medtronic, located in Rice Creek/Fridley, MN, seeks a PD Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health Product Lifecycle Management teams. You will drive strategic initiatives across the portfolio, including regulatory remediation (MDR), capacity expansion, design enhancements, and supply continuity to support patients and providers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other PM certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site programs in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional program plans and schedules.
• Drive regulatory remediation (MDR) and manufacturing capacity expansion.
• Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and performance against milestones.
