Job summary

Neuronetics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of NeuroStar medical device systems, spanning embedded controls, power electronics, and pulsed-power technologies.

You will drive new product development and sustaining engineering from concept through commercialization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, patient-focused solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of product development experience.
Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, simulation, microcontroller-based systems, embedded development, and power electronics (MOSFETs, IGBTs).

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of embedded control systems and power delivery architectures for NeuroStar products.
Drive electrical design activities from concept through production, including circuit design, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
Partner with cross-functional teams, EMC labs, and manufacturing partners to ensure performance, reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Support product enhancements, sustaining engineering efforts, and root cause investigations for existing products.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while promoting best practices.
